INTEGRATION EXECUTIVE – SEAMLESS
BASED AT RANALA

Key Responsibilities
- Support seamless integration of new products from development to manufacturing by identifying product, process, machine, method and capability gaps.
- Monitor and validate critical product and process variables to ensure repeatability, consistency and stable bulk performance.
- Track Product Integration deliverables against PSD/NPI timelines and ensure assigned technical activities and actions are completed on time.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Quality, Planning and other functions to ensure smooth product integration and timely issue closure.
- Maintain accurate process parameters, standards, trial records, variable-control documents, handover information, risks, actions and validated learning.
- Analyse performance data, support variable-control and improvement projects, track key Product Integration KPIs and standardize successful improvements.
- Conduct technical research, benchmarking and feasibility studies to identify viable opportunities for improving product effectiveness, process efficiency, capability, quality, lead time and cost performance.
- Good communication, planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage technical activities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile & Apparel Engineering, Textile & Clothing Engineering, Apparel Production & Management, Textile Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Statistics and Operations Research or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, product development, Quality assurance, process engineering or technical operations.
- Experience in seamless knitting, product integration or process improvement will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, sewing and apparel manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of product development, process validation, critical variable control and manufacturing quality.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, technical reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Good communication, planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage technical activities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
