GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Nature Ceylon Trading (Pvt) Ltd, the home of EMINENT Artisan Ceylon Tea, is looking for a creative and digitally skilled professional to manage our brand’s visual identity, website and social media presence, and drive digital marketing for local and international markets.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Design creative graphics for social media, digital advertisements, and campaigns.
n- Manage and update the EMINENT tea website (eminenttea.com) with products, banners, content, and updates.
n- Handle all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
n- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
n- Create engaging content including posts, reels, short videos and product photography.
n- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
n- Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all digital channels.
n- Monitor website performance, social media engagement and results, and prepare regular reports.
n- Assist with packaging artwork, brochures, catalogs, exhibition graphics and other marketing materials.
n- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
n- Ensure the website is secure, updated and functioning correctly.

REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field.
n- 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media management and/ or digital marketing.
n- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (InDesign is an advantage).
n- Good video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
n- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
n- Experience in managing websites (WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS).
n- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
n- Strong creative sense for premium brands (FMCG, food & beverage, etc.).
n- Good written English and copywriting skills.
n- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
