IMMEDIATE VACANCIES IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
We are an ISO 9001:2015, 14001 and 18001 certified and over 30 years experienced CS2 category construction company
We are looking for dynamic persons whom can be depended upon to act professionally and appropriately in handling affairs of the following positions in our company;
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
(Construction Project)
- BSc Eng (Civil) + minimum 15 years' experience with minimum 7 years of chartered Engineering qualification of IESL Sri Lanka.
- Experience in managing multiple Construction projects in RCC Buildings, Steel Buildings and Road construction in Sri Lanka.
- Capacity of managing minimum 10 projects at a time above the project Manager Level and in the GM or DGM level.
- Experience in proper project management skills / Project Planning / Cost Control / QAQC / Project finance and Contract Administration capability
- Experience in Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Aluminium, Fire, ELV and other similar services work management.
- Experience in managing Sub contracts and finding workforce in all workstation activities to fulfil all project recruitment where necessary.
- Age should be below 55 years.
