We are looking for a proactive Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing or Communications along with strong communication and team working skills to join our team of changemakers based in Battaramulla. In this role you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation; this dynamic position supports the development of impactful communication materials and campaigns that promote organizational values, employee recognition, and culture initiatives. You’ll collaborate across functions to drive improvements in workplace culture, simplify processes, and integrate digital solutions. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll assist in planning award ceremonies, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating inputs from HR teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is essential, alongside basic data analysis skills to organize and interpret information.
