QUALIFICATIONS
n
n- Working in an IHM call center environment will be an added advantage
n- 2-4 years of marketing experience
n- Exceptional written communication and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
n- Proficiency in Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls professionally.
n- Provide accurate information about land and property projects.
n- Record customer details and update the database.
n- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
n- Maintain good relationships with customers.
n- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
