TECHNICAL OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the outlet.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP equipment and systems to identify defects, abnormalities, and potential failures.
- Attend to technical breakdowns and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the approved maintenance schedules.
- Maintain proper records of preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Monitor the performance and condition of critical equipment and systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP, facilities maintenance, building services, retail, commercial, hotel, or similar operations.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency technical requirements when necessary.

Working Requirements
The MEP Technical Officer may be required to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, or outside normal working hours depending on outlet operational requirements and emergency technical situations. The position requires regular movement within the outlet and inspection of plant rooms, electrical rooms, service areas, equipment areas, and other tec.
