OFFICER KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary liaison for regular transport customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Retain existing customers and drive volume growth.
• Monitor outstanding payments from external transport customers.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams for collections.
• Identify and introduce new business opportunities, mainly in the transport sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
