SPECIALIZED IN DENIM PATTERNS
Grand Link Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company located in Beruwala, Sri Lanka. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Pattern Maker specialized in denim patterns to join our team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile/Pattern Making or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in denim pattern making (in any product category).
- Prior experience in ladies and kids wear, along with strong knowledge of working with the Lectra System, is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create accurate patterns for various types of apparel, ensuring alignment with design specifications and production requirements.
- Specialize in denim patterns and work with the Lectra system.
- Collaborate closely with designers and technical teams to translate design concepts into workable patterns.
- Perform fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and functionality.
- Utilize pattern making software and tools to create and modify patterns.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
