As a leading engineering and construction company, we are looking for a smart energetic candidate for the following vacancy.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR – PRE-CONTRACT (Location: Head Office – Colombo)
Qualifications & Experience:
- NCT (QS) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience, OR
- HND (QS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, OR
- BSc in Quantity Surveying with 3+ years’ experience.
- Experience in Bridges and Slope Protection works will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation and preparation of bids will be an advantage.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR – POST-CONTRACT (Location: Head Office – Colombo)
Qualifications & Experience:
- NCT (QS) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience, OR
- HND (QS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, OR
- BSc in Quantity Surveying with 3+ years’ experience.
- Experience in Bridges and Slope Protection works will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of interim payments, variations, claims, contract administration will be an advantage.
