Deputy Manager – Software and Digital Solutions

Position Overview

This position is responsible for a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of all software applications and digital solutions within the bank. The Deputy Manager will oversee, manage, and act as custodian of these solutions, while also leading projects and driving the implementation of innovative technology aligned with the organization’s business objectives. The role further involves managing digital payment systems, application software, and emerging fintech innovations to enhance both business efficiency and customer experience. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of this position.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Software Development or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT field.
• Good communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective team-working abilities.
• Strong knowledge of fintech platforms, APIs, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to continually updating knowledge, capacity, and staying up to date with the latest software processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
