The Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth operation and continuous development of business channels. The role involves coordinating key operational processes, stakeholder engagement, system enhancements, performance reporting and business improvement initiatives while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree or a professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field from a recognised university
• 2-4 years of experience in channel operations, business development, life insurance or a related field
• Exposure in CRM platforms & digital platforms such as workflow systems, dashboards and UAT would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala; Tamil language proficiency is an advantage
• Strong analytical, reporting, coordination and problem-solving skills
