JUNIOR RECRUITER
Trans Gulf (TGL) is a 30 year old foreign employment company. We have won SLBFE's 5 star award twice and one of the leading recruitment companies in the market.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist with job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil would be an added advantage
