THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong desire to excel.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and consistently achieve assigned targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience in leading a sales team will be an added advantage.
