THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong desire to excel.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience in leading a sales team will be an added advantage.
