As part of our 25th Anniversary journey, The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID), the apex body for corporate governance and director development in Sri Lanka, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized professional to join its Secretariat.
Executive – Creative, Digital Content & Support Services
Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID) is looking for a creative, organised and highly responsive individual to join our Secretariat and support our growing portfolio of programmes, events and corporate initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creative design, communications and strong administrative coordination in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design flyers, invitations, certificates, presentations and digital content
- Manage SLID's brand identity and ensure consistency across communications
- Create and maintain Canva templates and editable artwork
- Support social media and programme communications
- Develop corporate, membership, partnership and event promotional material
- Support presentations, reports and executive communications
- Maintain SLID's event calendar and communications templates
- Coordinate artwork and branding for major events, forums and programmes
- Maintain digital assets, logos, templates and institutional records
- Assist with publications, programme material and corporate content
- Support the CEO and Secretariat with communications and creative requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative with a strong eye for professional corporate design
- Highly proficient in CANVA and comfortable working with other digital design tools
- Strong in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and last-minute requirements
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating across a team
- Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership of work
Experience in corporate communications, graphic design, digital marketing, events, professional services or membership organisations would be an advantage.
