ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop customer relationships and increase sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote company products and increase sales.
- Visit customers, dealers, and market locations when required.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, and management teams.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous five years' experience in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience in Manufacturing is preferred & Expert in retail chain marketing.
- Bazaar / Pettah market experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of English & Tamil.
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented, hard‑working, and energetic personality.
- Male preferred.
