WE'RE HIRING
JUNIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations
- Prepare invoices, payments and financial records
- Handle bank and ledger reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor expenses and petty cash
- Support audits and tax-related activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Part or fully qualified in AAT, ACCA, CIMA or CA is an added advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
