REQUIREMENTS
- Female candidates
- Age between 18 – 35 years
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in customer care/service will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English & Sinhala is essential
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy is required
- Pleasant personality with a friendly and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a shift basis (day & night)
