PROJECT COORDINATOR
360 Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations, prices, and service terms with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, inspections, and follow-ups to ensure work is completed as agreed.
- Identify project delays or issues and take prompt corrective action or escalate when required.
- Maintain proper project documentation, quotations, approvals, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned projects with minimum supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or professional qualification in Project Management, Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and take ownership of projects.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
