Positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent monitoring and review of branch operations.
  • Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review operational controls and identify potential fraud and operational risk exposures.
  • Perform periodic branch inspections and submit monitoring reports.
  • Recommend corrective actions and track implementation status.
  • Report significant observations and control weaknesses to management.
  • Support risk management and internal control enhancement initiatives.

Officer In Charge (OIC)

  • Minimum 03 years' experience in a branch operation.
  • Thorough knowledge of branch processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license for both motor vehicles and motorcycles.

Second Officer

  • Minimum 02 years' experience as a Second Officer or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of branch operational controls and customer service processes.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license for both motor vehicles and motorcycles.

Gold Loan Officer

  • Minimum 02 years' experience in Gold Loan operations.
  • Sound knowledge of gold loan appraisal, disbursement, custody, and recovery procedures.
  • High attention to detail and fraud risk awareness.

Teller

  • Minimum 02 years' experience in cash handling and teller operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of cash management procedures and controls.
  • Ability to identify irregular transactions and control weaknesses.

Special Note

Candidates must be based at Head Office and be willing to travel and be deployed to any branch within the network to perform monitoring, review, and emergency operation support responsibilities as directed by Head of the Department.
