Junior Executive – Real Estate Department
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon, is a dynamic and fast-growing financial institution committed to delivering innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Real Estate Department as a Junior Executive – Real Estate.
Who We're Looking For
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- Relevant professional or academic qualifications in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property administration, real estate operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and coordinate with external authorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a valid riding/driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: 30 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain property records and related documentation.
- Coordinate real estate-related field activities.
- Handle applications and follow-up of approvals, permits, and certificates from local authorities.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections.
- Liaise with customers and relevant stakeholders on property-related matters.
- Assist in other operational activities of the department as assigned.
