CCTV Technical Operator
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon, is a dynamic and fast-growing financial institution committed to delivering innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking seeking a dedicated and technically competent individual to join our team as a CCTV Technical Operator.

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR technology and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to monitor multiple screens and maintain attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Minimum educational qualification of G.C.E. Ordinary Level.
- Relevant technical qualifications in CCTV, Electronics, IT or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on a roster basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance activities to ensure the security of Bank premises.
- Review, analyse and retrieve CCTV footage when required.
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices and related networking equipment.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security incidents and system malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to surveillance operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating repairs of CCTV equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's security procedures and operational standards.
