MANAGER – AFTER SALES SERVICES
(Generators • HVAC / VRF & Chillers • Laundry Equipment)
Location : Colombo
NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd — an integrated MEP engineering company established in 1942, CIDA EM1 graded and ISO 9001:2015 certified, is looking for Manager – After Sales Services to lead and grow our service and repair business across diesel generators, HVAC (VRF systems and chillers) and industrial laundry equipment.
The role in one line: own the after-sales operation end to end, lead the full-service team, keep clients' equipment running, and grow service revenue and maintenance contracts.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the full after-sales team — service engineers, technicians and coordinators — including rostering, performance and development
- Drive service, repair and overhaul operations across generators, VRF/chillers and laundry equipment
- Win and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and grow after-sales revenue
- Ensure fast response, quality workmanship and high customer satisfaction
- Oversee spares, job scheduling, service reporting and warranty claims
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in after-sales / service management, ideally with generators, HVAC or industrial equipment
- Strong team-leadership skills — managing and motivating technical staff
- Sound technical understanding of diesel generators, VRF/chillers systems and/or laundry equipment
- Good client-facing communication and a service-driven, results-oriented mindset
