Assistant Manager - HR (Female) (Night Shift | Colombo)

Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee day-to-day HR operations for the Sri Lanka office, ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan laws and company policies.
- Drive recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Support talent management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, performance reviews, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Coordinate closely with US HR and management teams to align local and global HR practices.
- Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives for the night-shift workforce.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; Master's qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent management.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in BPO, IT, Healthcare, or US-based outsourcing operations is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work a full night shift aligned with US business hours.
