Interior Fit Out Co-ordinator / Supervisor
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Interior Fit Out Co-ordinator / Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our interior projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit out works
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
- Review drawings, BOQs and specifications to ensure accuracy on site
- Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with design intent
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards
- Prepare site reports, progress updates and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, methods and workmanship
- Experience reading and coordinating drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is an advantage
