Business Development Executive
We seek an experienced and Dynamic Business Development professional to grow our Internal Sales team. The successful candidate will manage the customer accounts bringing in new business and providing excellent customer service.
In this role, your goals will be
- Achieving Monthly and Annual Sales Targets
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure specifications are complete, consistent, and released in a timely fashion
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed as per the agreed SLAs
- Anticipate and be proactive in reaching out to customers to serve their business requirements
- Increase sales by cross-selling and upselling
What we look for
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in any field
- Should have at least 2-3 years of work experience in sales.
- Previous working experience in Tele Sales, Tele Marketing would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Office 365 & ERP systems
- Self-directed, motivated, and good time management
- Ability to work early morning shifts to match the Australian Time Zone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is Mandatory
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with a high level of dedication
