We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intern - Quality Assurance, Risk & Compliance to join our team.
INTERN - QUALITY ASSURANCE, RISK & COMPLIANCE
REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Oversee the quality management and quality assurance in all ongoing projects.
- 2. Visit ongoing sites and ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- 3. Provide site visits with independent reports to management.
- 4. Provide quality report when company decides to purchase used containers.
- 5. Notify damage occurred in the operation (Fabrication).
- 6. Lead and coordinate ISO Audit for developing quality assurance standards & Company processes in fabrication department.
- 7. Lead and Coordinate GSV (CTPAT) & ISO 9001-2015 Audit and Certification.
- 8. Provide inspection report for rent containers which are returned to yard after finishing their agreement period.
- 9. Oversee overall Risk and Compliance of each SBU in terms of operational activities.
- 10. Preparation of agreements through legal consultation (Yards, Rented vehicles, Drivers of the rented vehicles).
- 11. Work closely with the Group Risk and Compliance team to ensure that all company related audit requirements are fulfilled.
- 12. Preparation and maintenance of SOPs for each SBU.
