ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE
As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the financial operations of our Dendro power sector, managing day-to-day financial operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering strategic financial insights that drive the sustainable growth of our biomass energy business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end financial strategy, reporting, and compliance for the Dendro power sector.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Drive treasury, cash flow, and working capital management
- Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board.
- Lead and develop the finance team, building strong financial discipline.
- Support investment analysis, project finance, and funding strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in finance management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
