Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Develop long-term roadmaps aligning sustainability initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee programs for energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and carbon neutrality
- Track environmental laws to ensure local and international regulatory compliance
- Monitor data on resource consumption, carbon footprints, and key sustainability metrics
- Partner with finance, procurement, and operations to build ethical, sustainable supply chains
- Build educational programs to cultivate a green culture and raise employee eco-awareness
Candidate Profile
- Degree or related professional qualification required
- Minimum 2 years' prior experience in a sustainability role
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong report making, analysing, and interpreting skills
- Technical competencies in GHG Protocol, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Regulatory Compliance/Higg FEM
