Join Our Professional Finance Team
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance.
Authorized to sign articles & statutory documents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls.
- Advise management on financial planning and risk management.
- Sign Articles and other statutory documents in accordance with professional and legal requirements.
- Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in the relevant professional accounting body.
- Valid practicing certificate (if required by law).
- Authorized and eligible to sign Articles.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
