ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS

(AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES)

The ideal candidate should meet the below mentioned criteria:

• Gender: Male
• Age Range: Between 25-40

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily service operations and technician schedules
• Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance activities
• Manage customer inquiries and service follow-ups
• Coordinate with suppliers and handle inventory requirements
• Ensure timely completion of projects and service calls
• Monitor operational efficiency and maintain service quality standards
• Prepare quotations, reports, and operational documentation
• Support management in achieving business and operational goals

Qualifications / Experiences:

• Experience in AC industry and service coordination
• Computer literacy and report handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
• Valid Sri Lankan driving/riding license is an added advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
