HR EXECUTIVE-Colombo
CUCCIO Sri Lanka is associated with CUCCIO INTERNATIONAL (USA), a luxury product brand supplied to professional beauty salons in Sri Lanka.
We operate a chain of professional nail salons for over 23 years, under the NAILSPA by CUCCIO brand, with locations at prominent venues including Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, ODELS – Colombo 7, One Galle Face Mall, Havelock City Mall, Colombo City Centre Mall, Galle Fort and Negombo.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our family of over 150 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end staff recruitment and onboarding
- Handling Payroll processing accurately and timely
- Managing EPF/ETF documentation and submissions
- Maintaining complete and up-to-date staff personal files
- Coordinating staff training and development programs
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly attendance records
- Handling staff loan applications and repayment tracking
- Preparing letters of appointment, confirmations & all HR letters
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations
- Strong understanding of EPF/ETF, payroll & labor-related procedures
- Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala) with a professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, email & HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Prior experience in the service industry is an added advantage
