Director of Sales (Corporate) - Pullman Colombo City Centre / Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa

We are looking for a an accomplished and results – driven Director of Sales – Corporate to lead our corporate sales strategy and strengthen our presence within the business and MICE market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue, increase market share and build long-term relationships with key corporate accounts for Pullman Colombo City Centre and Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a corporate sales strategy and annual sales plans.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Drive rooms nights, corporate events, meetings, and other revenue – generating opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and corporate business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, contracts, negotiations and corporate rates.
- Establish annual sales targets, budgets, forecasts, action plans and KPIs for each property.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel Sales and strong network of corporate clients and business contacts.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing multiple hotel properties is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate, leisure, MICE, group, wholesale and travel-trade markets.
- Excellent understanding of hotel revenue dynamics, market segmentation, distribution channels and commercial strategy.
- Experience with CRM system, digital marketing, social media and online distribution channels.
