Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA will be an added advantage).
4 - 5 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in hospital or healthcare operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates residing in or around the Colombo / Gampaha area will be given preference.
