Executive – Digital Marketing
MAC Holdings (Private) Limited is a multifaceted, diverse group of companies, offering a range of services to its clients over the past 29 years. The group represents many multinational transportation models, airlines, shipping lines & tour companies as their local and regional partner with services expanding to seven sectors. The group primarily engages in businesses related to aviation, shipping, freight & logistics, renewable energy, hospitality & leisure, Fisheries & Agriculture and strategic investments in the region.
We are seeking a creative, innovative and forward thinking Digital Marketing & Graphic Designing Executive with hands on experience to join our Corporate Communications team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing functions including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, GDN) and TikTok Ads content creation and knowledge on SEO would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva is a must; knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English with excellent vocabulary and attention to detail. Sinhala and/or Tamil language skills will be an advantage.
- A good understanding of social media platform usage and awareness of current trends.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain effective under tight deadlines. Flexibility to work weekends, outside regular hours, and at off-site locations if required.
- Experience organizing and executing events is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative marketing, branding, and communication content for the Group and its SBUs across digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging photography and videography using mobile devices for social media covering corporate events, properties etc.
- Plan, create, and manage platform-specific content and paid campaigns across social media.
- Provide hands-on support for events and activations, before, during, and after execution.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
