The jobholder would be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative work for courier process and activities to enable safe, secure, on-time and accurate transportation and delivery between locations of mail/parcel including local mail, small packages, or legal documents in line with the business strategy, requirements, corporate guidelines, and policies.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Pick up and deliver documents and packages at service points according to established procedures.
• Plan and execute the pickup and delivery process for shipments efficiently.
• Maintain high service quality and become a trusted partner for our customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service.
• Manage customer receipting and payment processes upon delivery.
• Keep track of clearance duties and collect the same from customers.

• Passed the GCE Ordinary Level.
• Effective communication skills with customers.
