Head of Risk and Compliance

Job Profile
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Risk & Compliance to lead the organization's risk management and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating organizational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, strengthening governance frameworks, and providing strategic guidance to management on risk and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities & Roles
- Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and compliance procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate operational, financial, and regulatory risks within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve control measures and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance-related functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and corporate governance practices is preferred.
- Trilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
