BARTENDER / MIXOLOGIST
We're looking for a passionate and talented bartender to join the bar team at Biling.
- Experience in bartending or mixology with strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails and bar techniques.
- An interest in ingredients, flavour and cocktail development, especially with Sri Lankan flavours and drinking culture.
- Good communication skills, fluency in English and a warm, confident approach to guests.
- Strong attention to detail, team player with a willingness to learn, experiment and contribute ideas.
