EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS (NIGHT SHIFT)
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as an Executive. This role involves verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to an efficient revenue cycle management process. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be able to make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
- Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.
- Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
- Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 6 months to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with experience in the RCM industry are also encouraged to apply)
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
- High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research/education.
- Open to work according to standard US hours (7.00 pm to 4.00 am / 8.00 pm to 5.00 am) and calendar.
