MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are a public quoted company with multinational connections and Sri Lanka’s premier manufacturer of high-quality aluminium extrusions.

Our group of companies offers a wide range of products, including steel roofing, MDF boards, steel & aluminium builders’ hardware, and various other construction related items.

We wish to strengthen the factory management team at our subsidiary company which has around 50 workers.

Requirements:

• A full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Candidates possessing NDT or equivalent technical qualifications with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience will also be considered.
• Ex-servicemen with sound technical qualifications and relevant technical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Should have proven experience in planning and implementing preventive and routine maintenance programs, preferably in the hardware/manufacturing industry.
• Should possess sound knowledge of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown repairs.
• Must be capable of leading, managing and motivating a small maintenance workforce effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
