We are looking for energetic, customer focused individuals to join our restaurant operations team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aspire to build a career in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry while gaining exposure to globally renowned brands, we want to hear from you.

• JUNIOR CREW

  GCE O/L + No previous experience required, training will be provided

• SENIOR CREW

  GCE O/L or GCE A/L + 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in QSR, restaurant, café, or similar environment

• SHIFT LEADERS

  GCE A/L, diploma, or higher qualification preferred + 2 to 4 years of QSR or restaurant experience, including at supervisory capacity

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure great guest experience
• Prepare food and beverages while adhering to quality, hygiene, and food safety guidelines
• Handle customer orders, payments, and daily restaurant operations
• Help keep the restaurant running smoothly and deliver a great experience for every customer at every shift
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

Requirements

• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills in English will be an added advantage
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Work confidently in a fast-moving environment
• Team player with the ability to support and guide others
• Flexible working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Open to individuals aged 18 years and above
