Junior Executive Finance/ Executive Finance
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive finance professionals to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy across all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle Accounts Receivable / Payable.
- Prepare bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Manage & handle statutory payments (VAT, SVAT, PAYE, EPF, ETF, etc.) and ensure timely submissions.
- Support project costing and profitability analysis.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual financial transactions.
- Maintain financial records in the system and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Provide support to internal teams and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Requirements:
- Fully or partially qualified in AAT / Finance & Accounting / Business Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word)
- Male candidates are preferred.
