OFFICER HUMAN RESOURCES
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of Officer – Human Resources.
The ideal candidate should be dynamic, reliable, proactive with a strong track record.
JOB PROFILE:
- Supporting Manager - HR to implement the HR Policy and HR Procedures about all Key Result Areas of Human Resource Management.
- Implement the process of recruitment & selection so as to fill job vacancies in a timely manner.
- Arranging induction programs for new recruits.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and regular staff events with all other departments.
- Monitor & Coordinate training and development Programmes.
- Maintain up to date HRIS system and ensure accurate HR data to ensure an accurate management information system.
- Providing inputs for monthly payroll
- Any other duties entrusted from time to time.
- Assist in preparing reports, papers, and submissions for Standing Committees, Management, and Council.
- Support the operational planning and implementation of projects and initiatives of the Professional & Academic Affairs Division.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- CQHRM/DPHRM or equivalent qualification in HRM from CIPM / recognized university / organization.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ hands of experience in HRM in a recognized organization.
- Should be fluent in English and Sinhala with good comprehension and written skill.
- Sound IT knowledge and ability to work easily with MS Office packages.
- A good track record in a similar position.
- Ability to work with HRIS systems.
Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
