We are seeking an ambitious Intern – People Team ready to gain real, hands-on experience across learning and development, culture-building, and group HR operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • L&D Operations & Logistics Support: Serve as the primary operational support for the L&D function, assisting with the day-to-day coordination, scheduling, venue setup, and logistics for group-wide training programs.
  • Training Records & Analytics: Assist in maintaining accurate learning records, attendance logs, and compliance databases to support the generation of L&D impact reports for leadership.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day human resources administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, and employee profile updates.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Collaborate with the broader People Team to plan and execute employee welfare arrangements, team-building events, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Digital Systems & Communications: Support the maintenance of the corporate Intranet or HR portal, keeping internal announcements, resource libraries, and employee engagement communications up to date.
  • HR Analytics & Records: Assist in tracking key human resource metrics, maintaining accurate compliance logs, and organizing records to support leadership reporting.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior internship experience or university club leadership/project coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
