Assistant Producer
SLTMOBITEL PEOTV operates the Pay TV and Content Business for the SLT Group. SLTMOBITEL PEOTV has been at the forefront of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) services, introducing innovative and interactive television applications to Sri Lanka, since its inception.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Sports programs within PEO Sports Channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating shooting schedules and managing production logistics, including locations, permits, and equipment, while ensuring smooth execution of all production activities. The role also requires monitoring project timelines to guarantee timely delivery, ensuring compliance with broadcast standards and channel guidelines, and handling key administrative duties such as budgeting, reporting, and documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess :
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related field from a recognized institution
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in video production with a track record of achieving or exceeding expectation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil would be an added advantage
- Ability to interact promptly and professionally with all stake holders
