TEAM LEAD (SALES) - Full-time
Previous retail sales experience is a must.
LOCATION
- One Gate Face Mall, Colombo 2
WORK TYPE
EARNINGS
- Basic salary + allowances + overtime + commissions
THE ROLE
- Lead and guide sales associates during rostered shifts.
- Drive daily sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries.
- Handle billing, packing, online order coordination, and daily records.
- Maintain shelves, displays, inventory flow, and overall store presentation.
- Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service and store processes.
- Report daily sales updates, customer feedback, and stock requirements to management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone with strong sales experience who can guide a retail team, support daily targets, and keep store operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of GCE A/Ls.
- Strong Sinhala and English communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable and confident with customers and team members.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office or Google Workspace skills.
- Able to work rostered mall shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
- Sales or customer service experience is a must.
- Previous team lead experience is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree is an advantage.

WORKING HOURS
- 10 AM - 4 PM
- 4 PM - 10 PM
- Rostered shifts
- 6 days a week
