Customs House Agent (CHA License Holder) - As a Documentation officer
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
A well-established export-oriented company is looking for an experienced Customs House Agent (CHA License Holder) to join our team and independently handle Customs related documentation and clearance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Export Customs documentation procedures
- Prepare and process CusDecs through ASYCUDA
- Coordinate with Sri Lanka Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, ports and other relevant authorities
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of shipping and Customs documents with the help of one helper from office
- Follow up on export consignments ensure timely clearance updates
- Liaise with Customs officials and resolve documentation/clearance matters when required
Candidate Profile
- Valid CHA License Mandatory
- Minimum 2-5 years of practical experience in Customs clearance and documentation
- Strong working knowledge of ASYCUDA
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka Customs procedures, HS Codes and export regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently manage Customs documentation and follow up with relevant authorities
- Computer literacy and good documentation skills

Full-Time | Colombo
