Director of Food & Beverage

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our Food & Beverage operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, revenue growth and profitability across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets and room service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Drive revenue, profitability, cost control and overall departmental performance.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing F&B team.
- Create innovative concepts, menus, promotions and experiences to maximize revenue.
- Monitor budgets, forecasting, food & beverage costs and departmental KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and hotel standards.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel.
- Previous experience in a Director / Head of Food & Beverage role is highly preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills.
- Excellent understanding of F&B operations, financial management and cost control.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve revenue targets.
- Creative, strategic, hands-on and passionate about hospitality.
