EXECUTIVE – VISA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional guidance and assistance to clients regarding visa application procedures and requirements.
- Coordinate, process, and monitor visa applications from submission to completion.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
- Stay up to date with changing visa regulations, documentation requirements, and embassy procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all visa processing standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the visa application process.
Requirements:
- Preferred age range: 28–40 years.
- 4–5 years of professional work experience, with or without experience in visa processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passionate, intelligent, self-motivated, and committed to achieving results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple applications efficiently.
