HRC Labs leads the technological transformation of HealthRecon Connect by developing intelligent automation solutions that improve healthcare delivery, reduce administrative burden, and enhance clients’ operating margins and cash flow.
This role will involve designing and evolving enterprise-scale data architectures, building scalable ETL/ELT and real-time data pipelines, and integrating healthcare data from EHRs, Practice Management Systems, APIs, and third-party applications. The selected candidate will develop data solutions supporting BI, ML, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LLM applications while ensuring data quality, security, governance, lineage, and HIPAA compliance. The role also includes technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
What You Will Own
- Design and evolve enterprise-scale data architectures and scalable data platforms.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT, batch, and real-time data pipelines across healthcare data sources.
- Develop data solutions supporting BI, ML, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LLM applications.
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, lineage, and HIPAA compliance while leading and mentoring Data Engineers.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture, with 3+ years of US healthcare data experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, relational databases, data warehouses/lakehouses, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of batch/streaming processing, data governance, security, data quality, and AI/ML data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; experience with relevant data and cloud technologies is preferred.
